Lexington Terrace Park
Fabre Engineering & Surveying provided civil engineering, permitting, contract administration and surveying services associated with the re-development of a 43 acre government housing complex into a County Park. Our scope of services included boundary and topographic surveys, base plan preparation, design development, construction documents, permit acquisition, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout.
Park amenities included a playground, basketball court, dog park, walking paths, landscaping, irrigation, infrastructure utilities, multi-purpose open spaces for sports activities, parking and roadway improvements to existing driveway and parking that remained. Roadway and parking area lighting are also included. Project scope consisted of erosion control, demolition, site grading, water and sewer utilities, striping, storm sewer utilities and new pavement. Construction Cost: $1,895,919.00
Fabre Engineering & Surveying was recently selected to provide design and permitting services related to the retrofit construction of a stormwater pond on the Lexington Terrace Park site. The project will provide multi-stage stormwater treatment for approximately 100 acres of an upstream drainage area via mechanical and hydraulic nutrient removal.
