Chellie Road FEMA Mobile Home Park
Fabre Engineering & Surveying performed a topographic survey of eight parcels located in Escambia County, Florida. The scope included a survey of existing trees as required by EscambiaCounty, and merging the provided boundary survey into the topographic information to form a complete survey to be used for permitting and design of temporary housing for individuals and families displaced by Hurricane Ivan. The total project area was 11.24 acres, and improvements included gravel roadways; a paved driveway connection to Wilde Lake Boulevard; a gated fire department access only driveway connection to Chellie Road; seventy-three temporary mobile homes; water, sewer, power, and other utilities; stormwater ponds; swales; gravel parking; lighting; and other site related improvements.
