Dogwood Drainage Survey Scope, Town of Century
Fabre Engineering & Surveying performed a 6,550 linear foot Topographic Survey that meets the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards as set forth by the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers to support the development of plans, specifications, and permitting for construction of new drainage improvements for a portion of the Dogwood area of the Town of Century. Benchmarks referenced to NAVD 1988 Datum, were set every 1,000 feet, cross-section data was collected every 100 feet. Topographic data was taken from right-of-way to right-of-way and extended by a minimum of 5 feet to ensure complete DTM coverage of right-of-way. Horizontal control was based on State Plane Coordinates, NAD 83/90, and North Florida Zone. Road rights-of-way and parcel lines depicted on topographical survey were based on field located property corners.
