Perdido Landfill Roadway And Drainage Improvements
Fabre Engineering & Surveying provided engineering and surveying services for the Perdido Landfill Roadway and Drainage Design project. Scope of services included civil site design including layout, grading, and design of roads and drainage, development of civil construction plans and specifications, and permitting with FDEP and Escambia County.
The design provided for the grading and paving and/or repair of over 2,000 feet of existing improved and unimproved roadway. The project also included design of remediation for the existing drainage systems and design of new stormwater drainage facilities to provide for road stabilization.
Fabre Engineering & Surveying also provided surveying services for the Department of Solid Waste Management of Escambia County, Florida at the Perdido Landfill. Services performed included a boundary and topographic survey of the 590 acre Landfill, the location of the right-of-way for County Road 99 (Beulah Road), and concrete monumentation of a 100 foot easement in Section 20, T1N, R31W. Also completed boundary surveys for four other parcels of approximately 110 acres located in Section 32, T1N, R31W, and tied County Road 99 into the Interstate 10 right-of-way.
