Panhandle Master Lift Station Upgrade
This project was completed in 2003 for Holley-Navarre Water System (HNWS). It included the upgrade of an existing master lift station, the construction of a new 12-foot diameter master lift station, the construction of approximately 2.75 miles of 16-inch forcemain, and the construction of approximately 2,000 LF of 20-inch forcemain. The existing master lift station upgrade included conversion of the electrical controls to a variable speed drive, the implementation of a SCADA system, and the lining of the existing wetwell with a spray-on epoxy liner system. The new concrete master lift station was lined with a polyethylene liner which was applied at the pre-cast factory. The approximate construction cost for this project $1,000,000.
